• From Meta/Facebook APIs:
  • Facebook Page ID
  • Page name and profile picture
  • Instagram Business Account ID
  • Instagram username and profile picture
  • PSID (Page-scoped user ID)
  • Messages sent and received through Messenger and Instagram Direct
  • Webhook events (e.g., message deliveries, reads)
• From Users:
  • Name and email address of the account owner connecting social channels
  • Business profile information for account setup

We do not collect or store users’ Facebook or Instagram passwords.

2. How We Use the Information

We use this information to:

• Enable customer support teams to send and receive messages via Facebook Messenger and Instagram DM inside the SeeGuest dashboard
• Display profile data of users who message the connected accounts
• Synchronize message history and user interactions
• Provide real-time notifications for new messages, delivery, and read receipts

3. How We Store and Protect Information

We use industry-standard security measures to protect personal data:

• Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
• Access is limited to authorized personnel only
• All access is logged and monitored
• Webhook data is stored only as needed for message delivery and troubleshooting

• All user message data associated with your organization
